General conditions of Sales

The present conditions of sales apply to legal operations concerning the trading between kelly Beaute and her clients through the webshop.

Rule 1

The present general conditions is subject to the terms and conditions of the products which kelly Beaute sells to her customers.

Rule 2

Conditions and Acceptance. 

When buying the products, the customer agrees to the sales conditions of Kelly Beaute.

Rule 3

Products.

Most of the products and beauty cares proposed by Kelly Beaute are all available immediately.

Rule 4

Purchase.

The automatic registration system validates the contents and date of the order. Kelly Beaute confirms the validation of the purchase by an email sent to the given address.  The purchase can conclude only after confirmation. Kelly Beaute has the right to refuse or cancel the purchase of a client who does not pay or because of a disagreement concerning a previous delivery or on the non payment of a previous order.

Kelly Beaute will not be responsible for wrong addresses and wrong informations given by the customer when ordering the products (shipping and voucher addresses), and which may cause the delay or impossibilities of deliveries.

Rule 5

Shipping.

The products are sent after payment of the purchase.

The shipping is operated by the french post office by Collissimo.
